If true, then Loki has successfully convinced Sakana to free up IRL content. As a result Sakana is allowing it Phase-wide. Some members will do it and some won't.

The remaining restrictions are: middle face must be censored (hair and ears are fine) and no nips/panty shots. Rest is fair game for those that want to become 2.5D

Loki fought with Sakana because she doesn't mind showing her real face, but Sakana stayed strong with that restriction, insisting they're still a vtuber company.

Her IRL content will include but not be limited to workout videos, vlogs, travel, hair styling etc. She is also planning more sensitive stuff for members-only, likely to include lewd oppai cosplay.

I think it's fine as long as no one goes full Giri or KSon, who have full 3D streams half the time.

I would personally draw the line at anything above the neck, so maybe a bit more restrictive than Sakana. Anyhow, I don't think this would make Phase the first corpo to allow this (outside VAllure), since Tonya does the occasional cosplay stream.

Still, Loki is seriously pushing it. I knew she was spicy, but I'm not a member, so I didn't know it's really getting to that point.

I'm not a fan of how liberal this is regarding 2.5D content, but I suppose this is one way to stand out over other vtuber companies, especially in Japan, which is way more heavily-saturated a market than the EN side is.
