I am not a regular watcher so I just got to this. Maybe just me but I thought it was weird she opened with "Cannibal". She is kind of like " we have Fauna at home" to me. I have never heard of that song before Fauna and she is the only person I have ever heard sing it. I am sure Pillow must be aware of the comparisons... is she... courting it?

We may be losing Ame, but we can rest well knowing Gigi is here to carry on her legacy of hyperactive karaokes with shit singing.

This kind of thing is why I love Phase (no shade to Hololive, there is a reason they are the industry standard). In any other cropo this would be made into a big drama or at least have negative consequences for the talents involved but for Phase it's just fuel for more content. Also, someone posted not that long ago that if times were different these girls would be hurling slurs at each other nonstop and I immediately thought about the fact that Panko is Italian and Tenma is Romanian. It was inevitable that Panko would call her a gypsy. I just didn't expect to be proven right so quickly.

Pillow does sound like Fauna, but I attribute it to selection pressure for "ASMR voice" more than anything else. Other than doing ASMR, they barely have anything in common. Fauna is a comfy streamer concealing a bit more intelligence and power level than her appearance suggests. Pillow is a weird, genuinely maladjusted (in a good way) Texan girl who plays hard into the clingy girl niche.

I will say though, I really like how she went all out and made good use of her model for the karaoke:

I hope this isn't the last GTA event they do. I would love to see them mess around in RDO as I've said before but I feel a lot of them are too zoomerish to do something like that. But some big open world sandbox games make for excellent content, it was really brilliant to throw JP and EN together in a sandbox game and with the bilingual speakers involved the language barrier didn't prove too much of a challenge.
It was also really cool getting to watch Miko play around in a game that means something to her with all her friends, and she finally got the Ame kiss
