Sorry to break it to you but "子" often means "Tiny", even more so when used with "Kawaii" rather than "Younger" (appearances vs age)
e.g People much younger than biboo would still call biboo "子" for example, because she's tiny as shit. Fuwamoco will also qualify, they are much bigger than Biboo, but they are cute/mentally stunted.

Well, the thing you have to understand about 2013/2014 Keeki is she was incredibly full of bitterness, at first because her group had been dropped by Victor Entertainment, and later because her idol career had been completely torpedoed in dramatic fashion. She was also 16 18 years old. So she'd bluntly make comments about other gaijin idols on her stream or blog, and from that you could extrapolate "beef". I think that was what happened in the case of Kelsey.

I'd put good money that Kiara doesn't even remember anything she said back then. She didn't even remember much more recent cosplayer beef from 2018/2019 when Selphy brought it up.

When I was digging, the rrat was Keeki having some kind of blogpost where she antis other gaijin idols and happened to target Keru the most which in response Keru told her she like something of hers and Keeki was like "Okay"~ lol. It sounds so stupid now that I think about it.
