Someone on the farms said it looks like a realdoll and this pic makes me suspect that as well, the eyelids and area around the eyes look unnatural and like silicone, wrist is bent at weird angle. Who knows though maybe she's going the human barbie doll route.
It wouldn't be the first time. I think it was Yuikai who was using a realdoll for cosplay photos. I believe the conclusion we came to was that she was doing it because the doll had noticeably bigger boobs than her, so it would fit if Mike was doing it to hide her aging.
