The most interesting case of this I'd say is still Balldo, everyone called him out on blocking this and denying the collab it would have been and at the time I understand why but well, time has vindicated his decision there.

Rekieta's descent started to get noticed by the farmers around late 2022. I don't know when fishman put his foot down for the collab but considering Pippa collabed with Balldo's pet monkey in March 2023, I assume fish found out just how much Nose became a shitshow either through Rekieta's own passive-aggresive streaming behavior around the January ~ February of that year or even the farms. While I do commend fishman for doing his research, he's not some Amuro sensing danger from nowhere as the clues were already spread like asscheeks at that point.

I subscribe to the rrat that the reason Fishman blocked the collab was because Rekieta was lazy and unprofessional when they were trying to set it up.

For what it's worth there were rumors floating about at the time he got shot down that Phase Connect didn't shoot down the collaboration for any reason having to do with Nick's content, but rather an inability to communicate in a timely manner on Nick's part that bordered on either contempt or outright incompetence. Those rumors seem much more plausible in hindsight.

He burned bridges with Louis Rossmann the same way. He was at the height of Rittenhouse fame at the time so people assumed it was just a miscommunication. It's more likely Nick sent Louis an email asking for an interview and didn't follow up on the multiple attempts by Louis to set one up. Nick even did his classic "I'm sorry you have a wrong impression of me, please reach out to me so we can straighten this out" gaslighting.

I watched a little further on Kurt's video; it's pretty clear from his body language that the Nose's antics are eating away at whatever passes for friendship on the internet. Kurt very graciously keeps saying "I love ya, buddy, but..." before eviscerating him.

And Nick's pure laziness returning messages has got to be infuriating. He calls or regards these people as friends (at least outwardly), but can't be bothered to put in anything more of an afterthought's worth of effort when trying to get in touch.
