As far as her response, it is what it is. Pippa's got a mostly good and loyal fanbase, but there are enough obnoxious retards that are just annoying as hell and have no awareness of when to just shut up in her community. I'm sure her stopping user submitted content isn't going to change that, but maybe it's a good thing that spergs like this are reminded that they even push Pippa's limits sometimes.
I'm sure this is a momentary woman moment, and she'll go back to doing user submitted content in the future, anyway.
