So we aren't getting the contract we were supposed to. Instead, he will share the revised one. I don't expect to see the old one at all.
Also he could have revised the contract all this time with another lawyer, as LM's knowledge of the industry isn't much more than any other lawyer that deals with entertainment industry contracts. I guess it doesn't matter since people won't notice the elephant in the room. I hope it ends up better for talents, and not just a PR move for company.

Legal Mindset is an experienced contract lawyer but if you really wanted to be sure you were making a fair and reasonable contract for a serious vtubing company, you'd hire a lawyer familiar with the entertainment business who writes and reviews contracts for actors and entertainers. The only reason Aviel would hire Legal Mindset over other lawyers is for Legal Mindset's clout and CCV numbers.
I think HFF also hit the nail on the head saying that the whole "transparency" thing feels like a gimmick - you'll only get the sanitized version when it suits Aviel and whatever story he wants to spin. Only dishonest men will try to tell you how honest they are, honest men prove it with their words and actions.

Whether or not Enna is a conniving bitch (likely), when Hololive was actively looking for a singing-oriented Vtuber I can 100% see why she could have been in the running. I don't think you can deny the fact that she would have arguably been one of the better Hololive EN singers if she was accepted. But in the end, I'm very happy that they ended up going with IRyS.

If it was up to me, Enna would be locked up in a basement studio to record various albums ideally at least one jazz lounge crooner album because she has the fucking pipes for it. The fact we will never get this is a tragedy on the same level as not having a Rushia vocal'd screamo metal album.
