If you like art or music, think about how you could use that in your streaming to help yourself stand out over other indies.

Let's say you have a subgenre of music you like. Maybe you could do a stream about the history of your preferred subgenre, discussing important works and events. Maybe you could hit up some creator communities and say you want to try some stuff on-stream and comment on it, and see if creators might be interested. If you are more interested in particular bands or musicians, do an overview of the history of that band or musician and maybe listen to some excerpts from their stuff.

Streams that require research do require a lot of prep time, so that's when you can do more casual gaming/chatting streams that require no prep time while you're doing your work.

If she did join Vshojo, Pomu would still be splitting the revenue she makes from superchats and memberships with Vshojo, and even if she just does one year before she bounces I'm sure they'll make their initial investment back and more, not to mention bringing in new viewers for their other streamers.

Do your reps. Everyone knows that vshojo only take cut from merch and sponsors, and neither is exclusive deal.

If I remember right Sana had to stop with the 'kusoge' thing she was doing because she wasn't allowed to insinuate a game was shit and it's pretty clear you're not allowed to speak poorly of developers that probably (definitely) deserve it. I wouldn't be able to keep my mouth shut, I'd probably end up getting specifically excluded from perms if I got into anywhere significant if they didn't just boot me instead.

Lots of talent was noticably shaken up by the shuttering and PRISM as a whole was fairly clean for being an indie corpo

There is only so much anyone could defend either of those titles and Ubisoft wisely chooses "Not at all".
