On Niji - they will close the EN branch. Riku is not the kind of guy who will look at continous decrease in revenue and go "I must be doing something wrong, I should fix it". They closed ID when it was going upwards, because it wasn't enough upwards, what makes anyone think they will not do the same with the group that's actively declining. Not in the next 6 months, maybe not even in a year, but unless all of the planned for winter events are a smashing success they will just merge them with JP and wait until they graduate themselves

I can see this happening because it already happened in KR, IN and ID though the circumstances are a bit different.

NijiKR had management issues that's why they decided to merge it with JP.
NijiID was slowly building its fanbase but because of the fuckup in KR, Niji decided to merge it with the JP and so they lost their local managers which was the reason they were inclining in ID. They also cancelled the 7th ID gen and just stopped supporting ID altogether, hence the recent graduations.

NijiIN is Niji trying to penetrate a large market that doesn't know shit about vtubers.

So yeah, there's a chance NijiEN would close sooner rather than later except if someone buys the company and decides to focus on their talents more than the money.

I really really really love SEL and "Duvet" is one of my favourite Anime Op's of all time so when my oshi decided to cover it i knew what would be my favourite Vtuber cover of the year;

Matsuri never appealed to me. Even someone I oshi whose fairly degen like Aki or Watame at least have the musical or dancing talent and sometimes restraint for me to ignore their yab moments. Matsuri seems legitimately menhera and just gross, not even in the funny way like Haachama.

Idk about you but matsuri never striked me as the menhera type, more like the kusogaki type. Honestly i barely ever see matsuri, but the apex clips that sneaked through the cracks of hers and now vcr clips has been legitimately funny. She just like trolling and have no limiter on it. And she doesnt always resort to lewd jokes.

techinically a song from 2022 but only got the MV in 2023 and let you truly appreciate its quality, it's just so fucking cool. Vtuber original lyrics are usually whatever/kayfabe, but this one cut super deep from real life experience.

It's well known SC (in terms of corpo) is like nothing in the grand scheme of things because while it's nice direct donos, the more passive income is their big earners and what matters most at the end of the day. It's why they do everything to make sure you watch VODs and get merch/packs.

They are some kilometers far away from me so i have my opinions in certain issues that i would not politsperg
But in Vtubing its has been clear that game publishers and devs dont like COVER and thats why they cant play their games
So i will truly believe them going back to that market when Vtubers like Kiara start playing ArkNights or Iofi playing Genshit
Also if they ever seriously return to Bili then Aqua would problaby be excited to do it first before anyone else
