Probably. Shiori's self-filter has like a 2 second delay that only kicks in when she's already half-way finishing her sentence.
On the other hand Pippa seems to have her self-filter on point just that she leaves it disabled.
I still love the idea of Shiori ending up in Phase rather than Hololive just because there's more chaos that way.
