Time to let my ESL shine. Well, technically, thats how you would get some Games in the past, like I never played Quake 2 and many other Egoshooters, cause it was on the so called Index. Where Games are technically not banned, as you still can import them, but not allowed to be shown/sold public, as long Minors could see/get it, and in some cases not even allowed to release in Germany at all to avoid Confiscation. For example Quake 2 got removed from the Index in 2019.Usually what happens is they make a censored version for specific countries but over time it becomes easier for them to make all versions with that censorship as most people won't notice.
Ideally just don't release it in that country and let them figure out how to get foreign copies on the black market.
