Or maybe we could accept the idea that male vtubing outside of BFE is just not viable? What does the avatar really add to that if the person is just being a normal guy? Then it's just a gimmick I guess? It worked in japan with Niji's JP males, but I'm guessing that's because japan is more accepting of vtubing as a concept in general and there's more people that are into it for things other than lusting for an anime character?

Niji's most popular maletuber is either an apex addict or really good at singing so yeah, they could thrive beyond BFE but it also requires tons of exposure and hitting the right kind of audiences.
I think EN maletubing in general just isn't being celebrated as much as womantubing, which is why the kinds that get really popular are those that could pull in the depraved chink numbers and horny teenagers

Star Rail has better waifus, is turn based, leans much heavier into yuribaiting than fujo, story actually makes sense and has progress, and has events available at any time. If you are specifically gunning for the Honkai-style designs then it's just a better option than Genshin. Otherwise touch neither and play normal games

Genshin is more time-consuming because of the massive exploration session which is why most people who actively play it are chronically online teens or people who have nothing much to do irl, Star rail doesn't have anything much going for endgame content and is perfect for those who only want to play something quick before going back to other activities-- and is why a lot of genshin-brained players throws a hissyfit tantrum about leaving because the "lack of content"

And also because the movement is slow as all hell, the stamina system is actually crippling, climbing is actual AIDS. And then the fact that there's four dailies to HSR's one, that you can't autobattle anything, and that the maps keep getting more and more vertical, so you always have to climb like a slug.

Not like Genshin really has any endgame at all either, it's just tedious filler.

$50 a stream is not terrible. Taking off-days and weekends so roughly 20 days a month x 50 = $1,000 = $700 after YT takes its cut. I would assume that the bulk of her money comes from memberships.

A lot of niggas say playboard is very inaccurate but it's the best data we can have. Man the superchats are really low and if my bs math is correct she made like 50 bucks off of those 4 streams. However I do think memberships are the bulk of their paycheck and we don't have any info on that, correct? If she moved to avoid taxes I hope she isn't retarded enough to move to a commie run shithole. Not gonna lie, unless she has a decent membership base it looks pretty dire for her if this is her only source of income.

Playboard is very accurate when it comes to Superchat. What it's not accurate about is Ad Revenue. It would report I earned $8-$90 on a video when in reality I only had just earned about $21 on it. The formula I had for it was the lower number x2 + 50-70% extra. So (8*2)+4 = 20. (going with 50% cuz easier)

Videos used to get on average $1 per every 1000 views on it but after October 2022 that shit went to about $0.60-0.70 per 1000 and that is on a Green video. On a Yellow video you get about 10% of that plus the video itself doesn't really get recommended so its growth goes to shit. This is why my upload went to shit these last 2 weeks. Since I am getting Insta Yellow'd when I post something and I have to request a manual content review, I have to sometimes wait 3-5 days for that shit. My goal was to get 4 videos a week. Now I'm down to about 2 (preview + full video). Last month was my biggest month with the biggest sub increase + biggest viewer + biggest hourly watched and I got less money overall than when I got monetized.
