Yeah, really bums me out that the girls are all pretty fun (their banter when they collab is top tier), but the company is clearly not doing well at all at bringing money in.

Clara's slowed down a bit i think, but there used to be a several-month-long period where she'd be under the comments of not only every clip of herself, but a ton of others, which was pretty great to see as a viewer and i imagine made clippers themselves feel appreciated.

I feel like PC doesn't have enough original songs to sustain a 90-minute show since it feels like it's been the same songs every week. Something closer to 60 minutes would be better so that we could skip a week or two on a few more of the songs. That said, I think the concept of the show is pretty good as a whole and it's been fun tuning in. I'd really like to see HoloLive EN steal this idea and start doing a (60-minute) weekly "radio" show with their original songs too.

I think Proctor is missing something with his argument: people like to work and feel useful, to have purpose. Besides actually enjoying streaming, no doubt Shondo likes having a job where her work is legitimately appreciated, and where she makes money to pay her bills and help her family out. If she was getting the exact same money through welfare, Shondo would no doubt feel useless. We can argue how her behaviour should have been treated by Twitch or how long her Twitch ban should be, but if you basing your decision on consideration of Shondo's welfare, you wouldn't take Twitch streaming from her.

These retards didn't learn anything from head jew and they're actually doing it worse by pilling up their other agencies together. They want to buy loyalty when they need to earn it organically. Idol poached a bunch of clippers from phase back in the day and it went nowhere because they were in it solely for the money and once it fell apart they fucked off. Quality clippers stick around because they get something out of it other than ad money even if it's pennies, a thank you from the talent probably goes a long way rather than a couple of bucks.
Another problem they should be focusing on is their lack of tags. I want to see what idol has to offer in terms of clips and here I am searching for a tag to look at but found dick. They need a main tag for clips and they can't even get that right. Through Kai's tag I managed to find 2 alleged partnered idol clippers and both of them don't have a main tag for idol, some girls don't even have clip tags and if they do I'll probably have to take a dive to find them
Aside from the lack of tags I must criticize the content of the clips. In general the only clips I've ever seen from idol is just horny bait garbage. Here are some bangers of the clippers I managed to find

Through rin's tag I found 2 clippers that don't seem to be partnered and they already put out content that is more interesting than what I shared. Examples
IMO instead of paying per view they should reach out to quality clippers and offer them a flat fee per month as a sponsorship as long as they continue clipping and the quality doesn't drop. You already know they actually give a shit, just support them and make sure to tell the talents they clip to shill them to get them to over 1k and get them monetized. Maybe once they're monetized remove the fee and switch to dollar perk k views, that way they have an incentive to continue and improve. Paying a dollar per view always is better than what youtube gives them, any clipper here can correct me but last I heard the rate for youtube's 1k views can range from 0.3-0.75 dollars. Double dipping after you groomed the clipper could make them stay for the long haul, you just have to set rules in place to avoid overspending and abuse.
