Breaking NDA =/= breaking an NDA publicly in a way that can be traced back to you. Talents break NDA's all the time by posting anonymously on places like /vt/ or talking to individuals like Nux or FalseEyeD. The difference is that they do so in ways that can't be implicitly linked to their own activities unless someone deliberately tells on them.

The whole 'the next corpo won't hire you' thing is a lie, plain and simple. Any corporation with any knowledge of the industry knows just how much of a smokescreen this all is. Hexa fucked up because she hadn't even signed a contract yet and had zero plausible deniability. If you don't blab what you know in a public VC, with company employees listening and recording it then quite literally nothing will happen to you.

If you mean more generally, I wouldn't recommend the specific person I got it from (for essentially all the reasons that artists are bad: delays, poor communication, not delivering the last part because she'd apparently got too fat), but these days there's plenty of options (and at more reasonable prices). Look up some costhots on Onlyfans/Fansly and half of them will be offering custom content, and I bet most of the others would do it if you DMed them and offered.

Commissioning art, I can get. So does commissioning stuff like prop or cosplay outfit, but cosplay porn? How in the fuck?

I know what I like and was able to get something I enjoyed, shrug. If anything I find it more baffling that people will sponsor someone's cosplay when they're not getting porn of it in return, or pay for non-nude cosplay pics.
