I used to play a game called World of Warships and besides the major nations like US, JP, Germany, UK etc. there are two called Pan-Asia and Pan-Americas where they grouped nations with navies too small for full ship trees like Taiwan, Thailand, Argentina, Brasil etc. A vtuber agency could do the same, shit out micro-gens of a country each.

If they were going to do a branch targeted towards multiple regions that are too small for their own individual branch, putting them all under 1 HoloWorld branch would be better than multiple smaller ones.
