We've seen the screenshots Niji chose to show, the ones that paint them in the best possible light, and they show a manager replying late, claiming another check is necessary on something that's already been approved per process, and giving no reason. Even if there was a real check that was required and that check really hadn't been done, none of that warrants taking the video down, which is a fuckup any way you slice it unless there was a real justification for it (and if there was, you think niji wouldn't have told us?). If Selen were encouraging people to upload something that there really was a permissions issue with, yes, that would warrant disciplinary action, but again, if that was the case do you really think niji wouldn't be shouting it from the rooftops?
