Unless Cover manage to make a branch consist of 0 koreans management, the same problem nijiKR had will port over to Hololive

TV asahi, a mega corporation with a net sale of 232.7 billion Japanese yen in fiscal year 2023, founded all the way back in 1957, jumped into the vtubing hypetrain. In January of 2023, they debuted 4 vtubers sharing the same channel called Metaverse Metaship. No I'm not joking. That's the channel name.

And they .... completely failed at promoting these girls, after 1 year in activity they garnered a total of 5 thousands subcribers. For some reason, only the pink girl is streaming and with the occasional 1 per 6 months collab with one of the other girls
For some unknown reason, the yellow girl actually stream alot on this Gariben comedian channel, a famous comedian that'd often interact with the hololive girls, but she herself arent allowed to interact with the hololive girls however. Give the girls their own channels you stupid fuck.
They streamed as moderate-low quality 3D models instead of live2D, and TV asahi pulled their connections to feature them on Vtuber Fes Japan 2023 as well as whatever the fuck Life like a Live 6 is. Yes they had more 3D performance than NijisanjiEN.
The 2 other girls randomly stopped tweeting around November 2023 but I dont think either announced graduation. And one of them posted a picture celebrating 1 year anniversary with all 4 member on Jan 2024.
Completely baffling whatever the fuck they are doing. They have the money, they have the connections, but they seemed like Hillary Clinton's "pokemon go to the poll" at every step of the way. I honestly think the producer of this project don't even know hololive/nijisanji existed. They just saw VALIS/Virtual Witch Phenomenon one day and think "we can do it too" despite not knowing they are vsingers and not even vtubers. That's the only explanation I can come up with.
