I am honestly curious: what does IronMouse do to make her a great content creator?
I get it from her indie days, her karaokes are soul, but the "I'm dying" should get anyone tired of it eventually, as it got me. Everytime I open her stream she's either talking about herself, reacting to stupid shit or talking with her boy-toy CDawg, and I tune out immediately because of it. Can someone explain in a very objective manner why she gets that much clout? Preferably from someone who regularly checks her out.
I tried to look into essays on the web but they all feel written by dramafags and I can't get to the bottom of it.

Honestly she got to the point where she doesn't really have to do much and just does reaction content and plays Minecraft of whatever flavor of the week game is out that you can play with friends.

On the whole Nijisanji is a black company, the company, especially Riku are greedy AF but they are still MILES better than other black vtuber companies. They ain't a black company but they are certainly a nïgger company with their hiring of Kyo Kaneko.

Also, I'd rather believe the 3 people who graduated over Millie who still currently works with the company. I mean, can't really bite the hand that feeds ya. All in all, Niji EN is better handled now compared to the start of the year with the whole Zaion brouhaha.

Millie's rant on this was very reactionary and probably not the best, but I think her heart was in the right place. It's like you said, all they can do is tell people that their information is wrong and to rest easy that they're all doing well. The problem comes from people not trusting her words and saying that Niji has manipulated her into saying these things, which is where I think her frustration stems from. I personally don't think they should address things like this as much as she has, but what's done is done in that regard.

Millie's only focusing on the EN branch, who's only major drama things are the clear favoritism for a while and the Zaion situation. Nina and Mysta felt like more of their own decisions versus the fault of the company. However, just look at how mishandled the ID branch was/is. That's a lot of graduations and issues.

To be fair, she did repair her utterance to say that two talents graduated 'this year' and we can argue until the cows come home about Yugo. One person got fired. Two chose to leave. Thirty-four chose to stay.

Percentages are a clever spin and even my hands aren't clean of using them, but realistically it's better represented as 4/38 (10%). If you describe 'quitting' as a completely independent choice to leave the company then it's actually 2/38 (5%). When Sana chose to leave it was also a 10% quit rate but I doubt you'll make the same argument because it's equally dumb. People leave companies: more employees = more people leave.

This is an interesting point but not because you're right. We actually still don't know the extent of what's going on with VTA at all even as I type this.

One member, Kusakabe Azusa, reincarnated into Brave Group's 'Blitz Wing' group as Mitsunoki Jill with a similar design to her VTA, implying she graduated normally. Other Gen 2 members like Tachitsute Toto and Onibushi Chihaya (as Milan Kestrel) debuted into Niji a few weeks ago (along with Shioriha Ruri of Gen 3). This means that there's actually 9 members unaccounted for who could still debut into Nijisanji and weren't necessarily let go, as those 9 left at the same time as Toto and Chihaya who came back.

That aside, though, it's what VTA is there for. You don't get fired from school, you just pass or don't pass; and given the company pays all their expenses with no immediate recuperation it is reasonable that whatever security issue the others posed is grounds to remove them, because if they do it there then they could do it inside Niji NDAs. You'd struggle to pin that as a negative against the company in good faith. The company even acknowledged the shortcomings of their internal processes as a result and closed VTA down temporarily to improve their security measures.

Hopping on the "Niji not that bad guys I swear????" bandwagon, as much as I wish Millie could thicken up her skin (seeing as she's the one who hosted the anon chat stream), you can absolutely see and understand her and Luca's frustration in being known as the black company Vtubers. Things like "black company" or "Riku yacht" feel like they obfuscate legitimate concerns and criticism to have towards the company.

Do they dox anyone who leaves? No. Do they hire minors before going "hey guys this person is a minor, PLEASE don't make porn of them that would be REALLY bad oh no"? Absolutely not. Are they still probably one of the best options if you're looking for a corpo? Yeah, especially if you're a male Vtuber.

Do they lack transparency? Yeah. Do a lot of their choices feel questionable, aimed at appealing to shareholders, and focused on short-term? Definitely. Does Riku currently give off the impression of a spineless coward hiding in his office to occasionally give his shareholders the safest bullshit answers imaginable? A hundred percent.

Niji's just in the negative spotlight right now due to a mix of these issues and consistent drama. They're pretty much in the situation Hololive found itself in in the past, constantly being in issues and being considered the strict no-fun idol company in comparison to Niji letting people like Noraneko or Mito do whatever they want. Whether they can get out of it over time remains to be seen.

Niji has been in a negative spotlight for a whole year, pretty much since Yugo parted with them. I said it before and I'll say it again, Millie and Luca are retarded to take it personally. They care too much about a brand that doesn't give a single fuck about them in the grand scheme of things. I wouldn't even say Cover does all that much better than Niji in any regard except for talent management. It is obvious that they have a ton of issues and cause a lot of stress behind the scenes (Ame's burnt out thanks to them and they straight up murdered Gura), but the reason they don't turn out like Niji is because they actually do seem to give the talents a lot of leeway, at the end of the day, to recover from their bullshit. You will much more likely hear a Holomem go off on management without feeling the risk of being bonked, while Riku seems to have a sniper rifle at their heads waiting to stealth suspend anyone for anything.

If they want their company to have a better rep, the company is gonna have to give people a reason to like them, and they don't seem to be interested in doing that, so idk what to say. I'm not gonna change my opinion on them just because they get mad about it and it would be the same even if they were my oshi. Maybe they should just stop reading Twitter and worrying about dramafags on Youtube?
