Isnt Valorant the new thing among JP vtubers now??It really is the end of an era, I can't think of another vtubing event with the same level of consistency and involving so many different indies, corpos, random JP celebrities and pro players (now also extending to NA and EU pros thanks to the purple dragon). Seems like he wanted to end it on a high note before the game fell out of popularity, plus he has spent a fairly large amount of money over the years funding the prizes and stuff (although it does make me wonder whether he is cooking something else)

One part of me is surprised that this is the first subunit, but also I understand why it is. A lot of the other smaller groups, like Nijicanceled, isn't that marketable and some of them just don't collab and interact enough for it to make sense. Here's the video teaser thing for them as well.
