Along with what @Aquatic Novellite said, if it makes you feel better, it seems like this happened quite a while ago. Unless something new is found, the last stuff dates back to 2018, before she began vtubing. It's not terribly hard to do most of the time, if you poke around in the developer tools and know how to read the code you can generally locate some kind of link to where the site pulls it's video files from when they lack/lock the ability to download videos. Some craftier sites will route their file server requests through some other layer so even if you do this, attempting to download the file will give you a dummy file, but even this level is pulling from somewhere, and if you can find the referer link supplying the page you can go straight to the source.
