Overview
Hololive Productions, a globally recognized VTuber agency, is seeking a strategic and highly skilled Community Manager with marketing expertise to further increase our presence in the Traditional Chinese region. As a key member of the promotion team, you will drive growth and engagement on our social media accounts and provide content that deeply resonates with our Traditional Chinese community.
■ Business Contents
- Strategy planning and execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for the traditional Chinese region that is aligned with the global vision of "hololive production".
- Content Management: Curate and manage high-quality, engaging social media content (videos and other creative material) to ensure cultural relevance and appeal.
- Data Analytics and Research: Drill down into social media data to track performance, understand audience behavior, and refine strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- PR and Event Coordination: Lead PR activities during international events and improve the brand image of Hololive Productions in the Traditional Chinese market.
- Community Engagement: Develop strategies to build strong relationships with the Traditional Chinese community and increase engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
Required Skills
- Fluent in Chinese (Traditional characters) (native level)
- (For foreign nationals) People with experience in communicating in Japanese in the business world
- Practical experience in SNS promotion outside of Japan (regardless of industry)
- Experience in promoting to traditional Chinese regions
- Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
