I think you're reading too deeply into it. I'm seeing grifters taking the opportunity to see the drop, check the reaction then act upon it. If it were positive, go on and uncensor/go tiddies out. If it was negative, feign ignorance and even reprimand the whistleblowers. It is a win-win situation for these kind of con(wo)men.
It seems like this was coordinated by a relatively-small group of people Sinder acted directly against, as the large majority of Sinder's friends' replies under Bao's tweet with the doc(Numi, Yuzu, Tricky, Camila etc) are at least written as if they just learned about this now(whether it's true is impossible for us to assess).
