Looks like Blaise made a Discord post in her server about the situation with Nemo, which someone sent anonymously to Nemo in a Marshmallow:

I'm not entirely sure how you'd sue someone for seeing something you posted in a public Discord server and went so far as to ping everyone to make sure it was seen by her entire server, but you do you Blaise. Apparently this entire situation started because someone leaked a private message Nemo sent:

The situation is highly retarded, but I admit I am interested in the fact that someone seems to have leaked Nemo's message to Blaise. She mentions she sent it to "literally 1 person" who then shared it with "her mods" so given the context of the original post it's not hard to guess that she's referring to Ekko here. Ekko also addressed the situation in her discord in the form of a voice message that I don't know how to copy and share here, but essentially she was asking her community to not speak on her behalf - possibly addressed towards the person who started all of this with an email to Blaise claiming to be a "fan of miss Mori." All things considered, it's definitely enough for me to believe Ekko is Nemo's friend who received the message, but it seems extremely unlikely that she would have shared it - and Nemo agrees.

That would theoretically just leave the leaker as one of Ekkos mods, which leaves me feeling quite vindicated in my previous rants here where I questioned her mod selection. Obviously not trying to witch hunt here, just getting in a bit of premature gloating. Finally let me quickly state that, since the femboy who emailed Blaise in the first place mentioned TVA by name as if to personal army us and Ekko knows I'm a member of her community who posts here, I am in no way associated with any of this retardation outside of cataloguing it and posting my speculations here. I'd hope that Ekko knows I'm not that retarded of a schizo, but since she was worried about people speaking on her behalf reflecting badly on her I just figured I'd clarify for any bad actors out there.

I am literally lost at this whole controversy, i don't even know what the point of origin is beyond that Nemo and Blaise apparently hate each other since EIEN days.
So a mod of Ekko is doing like Baron Zemo in Civil War and making the Ex-EIEN fight each other, taking advantage of past grudges and leaks of information among discords? Also TVA is mentioned, which makes the whole thing funny.

TL;DR: As I pointed out in the indie thread (https://thevirtualasylum.com/thread...general-small-corpos-accepted.304/post-594593), the origin for this incident appears to be someone going by "Imma Moora" finding a screenshot posted to /vt/ complaining about Ekko and Nemo, and claiming it was made by one of Blaise's mods. They then email Nemo and Blaise about it, and Nemo makes a tweet on her private account (I don't have an archive but I can confirm seeing that message as I followed the account when it was still privated but did not share things posted there out of respect for Nemo's wishes).

Somehow Blaise gets a screenshot of the message in question as well as another screenshot that Nemo took from her phone and sent directly to her friend, who then got approval from Nemo to share the screenshot with her mods. Hilariously, even Blaise's screenshot from the private Nemo account just refers to an "excoworker" and not Blaise herself, so it's a bit of a self-report on Blaise's part:

That's effectively all there is to it. In my (extremely biased) opinion, it's once again Blaise getting upset that she's being called out. She had no reason to go on her public account and threaten legal action against Nemo over an anonymous email she received and a post Nemo made on her private account (that didn't even name her). She went on to dig up old beef with an ex-coworker (presumed to be Kilia) proving that she'd ran to management - something that was known, if not publicly, beforehand as at the very least Proctor knew about it (https://thevirtualasylum.com/threads/eien-project-disintegrates.265/post-594601) and I believe I mentioned learning about if from my own sources somewhere else in this thread.
Everything beyond that is my own speculation. It seems very likely that the friend Nemo sent a message to is Ekko, since Blaise was dragging up old beef with Kilia, the original screenshot from "Imma Moora" was complaining about Ekko as well as Nemo, and Ekko acknowledged the drama in her own Discord server. However, I have no actual proof of this. Regardless of who it was, either Nemo's friend herself or one of Nemo's friend's mods appears to have leaked the message to Blaise. This furthers my belief that the friend in question is Ekko because of issues with her moderators I and others noticed early on - including one mod who claims Silvi (read: EIEN's Risti - see here: https://thevirtualasylum.com/threads/eien-project-disintegrates.265/post-519594) to be their Kami-oshi... Now I'm not directly blaming them, but it is easy for me to question the loyalty of a Silvi fan with all the Silvi/Eri favoritism towards Blaise and their blatant mistreatment of Ekko. Of course I think about half of Ekko's modlist is dubious at best so I see several possible leakers.

This is, in my opinion, all extremely retarded drama and honestly not that interesting. "Imma Moora" is almost certainly at some level a bad faith actor trying to stir up drama based on the email they sent to Blaise. The bit I'm interested in is Nemo's claim that Blaise somehow got the actual screenshot Nemo took (as opposed to say, Imma Moora screenshotting their side of the conversation and sending it to Blaise) which she only shared with one individual and her mods, because that indicates there is another bad actor somewhere within Nemo's friend's moderator group:

Amora Lumina is essentially tard-free. She's been struggling to stream consistently since EIEN closed down, but otherwise she's steered clear of all the drama even as the company was imploding around her. Zumi Dokumi the Boston frog is officially redebuting as Ferumi Kaipa today and has avoided crashing out recently... right as EIEN announced it's closure she did a little venting but seems to be doing much better now. I'm also not sure if you'd count Skye Senfort/Shinryu and her role as Aegis-Link's Admyra Wyvernhart... Skye got embroiled in a little slapfest with Nemo but they seem to have made up. Other than that I don't think she's had any major meltys, though she's put Skye on hiatus for now.
There is a cabal of mods causing havoc for shit and giggles and these girls are just falling into their trickery because of their past grudges
I see the mention of Amora I’ll press the heart react. She’s a very sweet person and definitely my fav out of the EIEN girls.
