While the base configurations are going to favor Korean phenotypes, you can very much spend dozens of hours making micro adjustments to...well, anything, really. They're also planning for additional updates to the creation tools through development, so it might get "easier" as time goes on, and I have no doubt user mods + creations will help fill in the gaps.
By that, I mean I've already seen a Gawr Gura lookalike complete with Shark hoodie a few hours ago, give the autists time to work.

Recently the JP Vtubers are playing retro games for some reason. Considering a good number of them are corpo, for Pokemon games they would've hunted for second hand consoles/games (iirc Miko's Pokemon Ruby still has the old owner's save).
774inc's Amaui is playing Pokemon Silver.
Koyori continuing Chrono Trigger at 11AM JST.
Changed the character's names this time. Chrono -> Koyono, Marle -> Marluna, Lucca -> Polucca, Frog -> Assistant-kun (they are very happy about this name change without spoiling, Koyori thinks Frog is Cyrus and deliberately avoided chat when she speculated for the first time), Robo -> Roboco.
Quick turnover at Re:AcT's gaming branch. After terminating Asagi Nagisa's contract on the 26th, they announced yesterday there will be two members debuting soon. Silhouettes will be revealed on 2 April (main channel).
It's hard being Laplus. Towa is on the opposing team and won against her teammate but she used a bratty character Ed who is a rival for Towa's affection.
Kanata's Pokemon Firered copy has a save of someone going down the deep end.

God damn, that's hard to read. Despite it all, it's nice seeing some bits of positivity from her during all of this. I was worried for her at first, but now I believe she'll make it through this.
I really hope things get better for her soon. This last year or so has been really rough on her. She's had to go through more than anyone should have to.
