V&U will still be around for another year or so. Bleeding viewers, and bleeding talents. They will go the Tsunderia wave by announcing some new wave or some new talent or thing but they will crash and burn after losing a ton of support. The talents there if smart might grow enough and gather enough of a fanbase that when they decide to finally leave. I feel like what happened yesterday may have gotten them enough outrage that they lose more views than they will gain.
I don't think they will lose much if anything at all, the only people who will really care about this are those that are heavily invested in drama fags. Those people don't actually watch vtubers and are casual borderline tourists at best, so nothing to lose from that.

The thing with enforcing NDAs is, it depends entirely on what exact info you shared. It it's corpo financial data and partnership plans - yeah, sure, but if it's "CEO is a groomer tard and managers hated me and canned all my projects" - judge gonna laugh you out of the court.
