Something tells me this is a lie
They bought a Lamborghini with their Cover bucks.....
Something tells me this is a lie
January 1st, Fauna's NYE stream pops off and she pulls in enough new subs to pass the 1m mark from people showing up to see her off into the new year. Now there's only the graduation stream. January 3rd comes... and goes. The stream never starts. The timer says "waiting for Ceres Fauna" for four days, and then the stream is silently deleted without explanation. Everyone is concerned and panicked, what happened to Fauna? Why did the stream never start? Twitter is mostly silent, except for one masterfully crafted tweet by Calli. "Life, uh... finds a way."
Two days later, Fauna schedules a new Skyrim stream. January 9th, 6 days after she was supposed to already be gone. It's definitely Fauna, same voice, same sense of humour. She acts like nothing is wrong and everything is perfectly normal, until about an hour into the stream, after about $3000 in superchats asking "WHATS GOING ON!?"
"Oh yeah, I'm ungraduating," she says. "My 1m wish was for my stupid old manager to get fired. Now that she's gone, I win. No more disagreement!"
No I will not stop huffing the copium, you can't make me.
The thing is with child stars, they have a bunch of people keeping them safe. And again how many stories there are about child stars getting groomed? Almost all hollywood star that started at a very young age have some weird stories they shared. Now imagine this but on the internet where people can act anonymously. The internet is not a safe space for kids so having one as an entertainer is the worst idea possible. Especially in an industry like vtubing where degeneracy is becoming more and more the norm.Okay, here's a hypothetical for you all: let's say you had the next Macaulay Culkin or Shirley Temple - a child star with lots of charisma and talent, and they want to be a vtuber. Is there any way that you think this child could safely and responsibly become a vtuber, or should vtubing talents always be adults only?

A longer clip of the Austrian adventure, Monogatari style.
I keep seeing twitterfags act like the vtuber sphere isn't and shouldn't be strictly for adults and whenever they do that, I wonder if they grew up groomed, have groomed someone, or both.Shion and Haachama started as children and they're perfectly normal
Really though children shouldn't be near the vtuber sphere at all
Those are closet pedos. Pretty much every vtuber I follow will ban under 18s no questions asked.I keep seeing twitterfags act like the vtuber sphere isn't and shouldn't be strictly for adults and whenever they do that, I wonder if they grew up groomed, have groomed someone, or both.
I thought the same but I would never let my kid insert itself in internet culture before 14yo, and even by that age I'd supervise to make sure there's no long lasting consequences.Okay, here's a hypothetical for you all: let's say you had the next Macaulay Culkin or Shirley Temple - a child star with lots of charisma and talent, and they want to be a vtuber. I honestly think they'd have better odds with vtubing than with Hollywood, which is not to say great odds. A medium where the norm is not showing your face, where everyone knows to never reveal any personal information, is inherently lower risk (not no risk). I think if you're going to let your kid be a streamer at all then vtubing would be a less bad way to do it.let's say you had the next Macaulay Culkin or Shirley Temple - a child star with lots of charisma and talent, and they want to be a vtuber. They seem more like the exemption than the norm really. Haachama is made of rather stern stuff and I don't really know enough about Shion to say much about her, but they also have the benefit of Cover being rather decent handlers for them and backing them up on issues fairly.Shion and Haachama started as children and they're perfectly normal

Well it's certainly better than the family vloggers or those toy review channels.I honestly think they'd have better odds with vtubing than with Hollywood, which is not to say great odds. Or breastfeeding. Just imagine going to school and everyone screaming "oh, I saw you sucking on your mom's tits last year". And your teacher was beating his meat to the same videoWell it's certainly better than the family vloggers or those toy review channels.
Gumpai having another melty it seems.
