I think Holo has the best quality, but shipping price greatly varies. It seems to be around $20 for merch lately, but there were plenty of fuck ups in the past where it would be like $100 to ship three items, and still it will randomly jump up for no reason. I think Cecelia's recent set was almost $40 shipping. Shipping time is the real bitch because it's almost 6 months between ordering and getting it, other than ID merch which ships out instantly.
Also, that's confused me. Why just ID? Is there some random Indo law about pre-orders or something?
I'm beginning to think Kay Yu's update wasn't to make the game longer to play. It's to filter and see who's bad at basic mathematics.

Price: Also Hololive, shipping can be pricey though so if you are just ordering a couple things it's usually better to see if it's on GeekJack but after a certain amount Geekjack's shipping gets more expensive than Hololive's. Shipping time is because most merch is made-to-order, which means they get pre-orders and then make the merch based on the how many they sold. ID merch and some other stuff like regular merch which is always on-sale is pre-manufactured with a set amount. That's why ID's birthday and anniversary non-limited edition merch can sell out before their order period ends.
