I love Hololive because it functions as a replacement for TV. I do not want to be seen by my oshi, I don't tweet or talk in chat. The entertainers sole job is to play game and be entertaining. The less a vtuber directly talks to chat, the better the stream imo. I don't have the slightest understanding why anyone would want to form a personal connection to a streamer. That's as if you wanted to have a personal connection to Steve Harvery. Shits weird fam.
All a streamer ever does on stream is an act, there are no real people in vtubing, only approximations at best.
