DDLC automatically turns streamer mode on for that particular segment (there is in fact no manual toggle in the options) if it sees recording/streaming software running. Same thing applies if you're on Xbox or PS and use those consoles' recording/streaming functions.
Kinito Pet's streaming mode has to be manually enabled.

I don't know her numbers(she's 30k on youtube) and content much, so mine is complete speculation.
Probably Idol. Announced right after Brave's done negotiating with talents and delayed the debuts to october. End of august fits their schedule imo.

Although, pre-Selen, the "1 finana = 300CCV" or so meme was already getting traction since some of her frequent streams were debuff streams like gacha. Vivi and Kunai often had pretty surprisingly low numbers, i think the numbers were lower since Krisis, and only Claude because of his rapport with the Hanamori people really turned out notable since they started doing smaller waves
