Summary of what he says:

1 hours 30 minutes has passed since that time. Mea overslept and still has not showed up. Roberu turned it into a totsumachi stream. He managed to get 7 people to call in at this point and they have been shittalking mea all this time
Mea woke up and joined at 1:50, spouted a bunch of shit about why she didn't sleep including a neighborhood grandma, say she wanted to sleep more so they never actually played the game. They talked for another hour and then end the stream

Please, it's so common for women to prop each other up, and if they're average or ugly they do their best to enforce compliments for the general audience. Don't you remember Phase girls talking about Uruka? She's fine, but she's not the model they made her appear to be. This could definitely be an exception, as AkiRose and Choco aren't playing around, they are stunning and everyone says so, but just be aware that the culture exists.
About Gamma: I chose to believe he put Nene under the mating press because just the possibility of it is hilarious.

All I'm getting from this is that coomers really put their money where their mouth (cock?) is. Granted, she already had a following from her EIEN days and even before that, so some of the whales also followed her + the new car smell/debut buff. For most other corpos, I imagine that after the various cuts, it's probably just a fraction of that in a month.
In an underground group like Tone Jewel I'd think she probably ended up doing some gigs solo or at most as two. But still a bit different as you've got some staff support (even if idols quite often end up doing their own choreography etc., and by Keiki's account the Tone Jewel guy doesn't seem to have been great).
She's the founder (and presumably owner) but said she was bringing someone else in as manager I think? Obviously plenty of potential for drama if she falls out with one of the other talents as they can never really be equals, but at the same time it would be a waste for her not to stream (and I think she also said she doesn't have the skills to be a manager)
