Yeah, the fake auditions issue doesn't really go away when you're basically saying you'd like to start a dependent (groomed?) Vtuber that's just going to so happen to hang around everyone in Vshojo all the time. They'd save themselves a lot of issues if they just openly said they're looking to bring in only established Vtubers into their agency. I.e. a situation where they're acting like a marketing vehicle for someone that's solid but probably stuck in the low 3 view range but doesn't have the resources for larger marketing.
