Very long tl;dr on Cyberlive. You're gonna hear a lot of "ALLEGEDLY" in here because I can only source shit through /vt/ archive dumpster diving.
- Cyberlive was a small corporate vtuber agency that popped into existence in the spring of 2021 with their talents debuting in the following summer alongside agencies such as Phase Connect.
- The first documented fuckup comes before Cyberlive even existed. Cyberlive was formerly connected to an agency that was calling themselves "Yunity" and Misaki (their main talent manager iirc) was 17 years old at the time of creation.
- Yunity held auditions in January 2021, scheduled to debut their original gen1 for March 2021.
- This agency allegedly reused all of the vtuber assets they had at the time for the current roster of Gen1 Cyberlive talents.
- Additionally, through searching for this post. An anon on /vt/ claims that originally Lia Rinkou was hired in by Yunity to be the "pilot" (aka the person behind the model) of Amaris Yuri model/name along with 4 other girls (Allegedly these girls' roommates are/were Maria Paradisia, Eisei Tsukimaru, an unnamed girl that later went to PRISM, and another unknown Indie that never resurfaced).
- They all quit because they realized something was really wrong before debut.
- Yunity shuttered and rebranded as Cyberlive in April 2021 after this.
- The original gen1 trailer for Cyberlive was apparently a 1 to 1 ripoff of a Vshojo promotional video.
- The first bout of drama that I personally remember was that the first day debutants of talents (Lumi, Hylo, and Yuri) had donation "rewards" that you could contribute to. At the current point in time (2021) doing this was considered yab worthy because holy fuck dude, I don't need to emphasize the GROOMER potential on spending $400 to get a private discord call with a talent.
- This was immediately met with a form of damage control (by management and/or talents reading /vt/ I assume) where they played it off as a "debut only!" thing where Yuri and Hylo tweeted that but Lumi didn't tweet anything.
- The only girls to NOT have these reward tiers were Momozora Seina and Utano Pandora. Who didn't include them in their descriptions because they debuted the next day and saw the backlash.
- Hylo allegedly tried to do damage control on /vt/ and admitted in their official discord that it was her idea early on and encouraged the other girls to do it.
- There are many stories that continue to float around with Mismanagement. I'm trying my best to keep this short as it is late at night. The most important case IMO was that Lumi was appointed as a talent manager after they fired Sato Misaki (who barely did her job in the first place) for everyone iirc while also having to balance out being a streamer at the same time.
- This is where a lot of the hate from other girls and those affiliated with those girls comes from AFAIK.
- Another minor yab was when Ayane Hylo (ALLEGEDLY) got on Tsunderia's shitlist for tweeting out "I can't believe my sister died" in reference to her art-sister Kirihime Ria from Tsunderia graduating (who would later go back to her indie persona of Fuzuki Miki and then later debut as Rosemi Lovelock of Nijisanji EN's Obsydia).
- This was eventually followed by her announcing she'd be graduating from Cyberlive and keeping her IP. Presumably to get the talent that had gotten them on many small-corpo shitlists off their roster.
- Lumi's jannies get a lot of hate because some of them are/were vtuber roommate doxschizos/groomers.
- Cyberlive's CEO apparently begged Lumi to not jump ship but Lumi decided she'd rather be Indie or get a deal with Phase Connect. She managed to convince Amaris Yuri to jump with her and it sunk the agency.
- The agency would "rebrand" for a third time as not an agency but a group of streamer-friends known as Aetheria.
- I don't have much to say about this point in time other than a lot of mean-girling and bitches.
- Aetheria would eventually have a major bout of drama involving Vera Vee. You can read up on that here.
- Menace and Chapipi also moved on to debut in IdolEN which also led to the disbandment of Aetheria.

I don't trust his intentions in either situation, but he provided something in that doc unlike in Lumi's case where he only said she's the worst, didn't elaborate and made an unnecessary snarky comment about Yuri when someone said they will just take Phase's word instead.
Last one is pretty ironic imo because it was him who told people to ask those who've worked with her, and iirc she worked with Phase longer than him and cyberlive. If he wants us to ask specific people he should be slightly more direct about it. Or he could have never gotten her involved and focused on his own "Emma bad and also married" story. The more I think on it, the more I'm thinking there isn't any real dirt on Lumi, and that this all originates from stuff created by a mean girls clique (never underestimate the amount of effort a mean girls clique will put in).
While various reports throughout time is usually a signal of "if there's smoke there's fire," it ends up going in reverse after each time there's simply no evidence. A couple screenshots of Lumi being a bit testy (oh no, she's a woman) I wouldn't even call an indicator for something worse. The most recent thing I've seen is her encouraging other CyberLive girls in private to "beat" each other at their work. I would chalk this up to her tomboy self trying to motivate people. Problem is, while this works just fine for guys, it most certainly does not for girls. So just an error of judgment on Lumi's part.
