A lot of people seem to forget that the entire goal of the algorithm is to get you to spend more time on their platform. The algorithm doesn't just analyze what you watch, it analyzes what viewers similar to you watch. It's why you'll start to get recommended some random as fuck shit. The system thinks, "a bunch of people similar to you enjoy this type of content that you have yet to engage with (positively or negatively), so that's potentially hundreds of hours of content you could be watching".
You decide to listen to some Perturbator and HEALTH, you're going to get recommended shit from Cyberpunk 2077 because 1) HEALTH did a song for that game and 2) People that listen to those artists like that game. Guess what? Now you're getting fight scenes from some of the John Wick films. What does it have to do with any of that stuff? Fucking nothing other than people that like the previous stuff like watching John Wick fight scenes. It's all really simple when you start to realize how the system works.

I think right now the industry is so new and the viewerbases so unstable that defining what is a medium corpo seems hard, especially in the west.
Its easy to define the big leagues, Niji, Holo and VSJ, and in Japan, maybe orgs like VSPO are more medium to some than Idol and Phase to some extent.

Stop watching 1 views altogether and select "don't recommend channel/not interested". The system won't be able to decipher which 1views are based and which ones are troons because they don't have enough of a sample size to make that distinction based on viewers. Those 1viewers are solidly in the bucket of "get recommended to people willing to check out 1 views". I have noticed that Phase fags in general are more prone to watching 1views than Holofags, as I was never recommended 1views when I hardly watched Phase but once I watched more Phase, I got a lot more 1view recommendations. I actually set up a different youtube account and tested this by only watching Phase/Indie content on my my main account. I watched everything else on my alt account and my recommendations were slightly different, most notably 1views disappeared.How do I convince the algorithm that I don't want to watch random 1view troons then?
At this point, either you're watching 1views and the system is giving you more of that or the system is making a recommendation based on similar viewers, so you have to tell the system you don't want 1views.
