A lot of live translators are still active but just hiding in discords. Suisei, Botan and Mio for example don't have anyone Live TLing in chat but their discords have someone doing it. But yeah it's definitely slowed compared to previous years. It's likely the same thing with the older clippers that stopped uploading, just got tired/busy/grew out of the hobby etc.

There are no trains where I live so this was basically my first time taking the train.
On certain platforms in Japan you have Local/Rapid/Express. Local will stop on every single station. Limited Express jumps about 3 of the local stations and the Express will jump over every single station other than the major city centers.
