He does strike me as the kind of person that would be autistically aware of opsec enough to not appear in group shots with the others when he knows their faces are a known quantity, and he doesn't want to be identified by deduction. As it is, any unknown face appearing in any group shot of Tempus remnants is going to be presumed to be Randon until proven otherwise.
He should start paying strangers to pose in group photos with them.
