Shiba doesn't have a 3D yet for whatever reason, she did appear at the studio during Machita Chima's 3D debut as an invisible creature (lol) because they were close buddies
Not sure what's the hold-up considering they made 3D Debi just fine but there was a period where Shiba had to take long-hiatus due to health emergency if I remember right, it's been a long time ago though

I'd eat one of those absurd challenge peppers if Pomu and Mika end up anywhere but VShojo. For Kyo I'm 50/50. He has a pretty successful previous flesh career, but I could see him vibe with the types of things Kuro is doing in VShojo.

If anything, I'm more concerned about what their actual plan for VShojo JP is. Seems like that is dead considering they haven't had any new JP hires in a while
They have dedicated JP staff and management, still do so far as I'm aware, but sitting on just 2 talents at the moment certainly isn't a good look. Especially since Henya's bilingual and spends most of her time in the EN scene and Kson is splitting her time with irl projects right now.

For all they have in pushing the limit of 3D debuts, they still trying to figure out how to do a 3D rigging for a animal-shaped model without probably forcing the talent to walk on all four like an actual dog. That's my best guess.
Alternatively... they could try giving 3D model to Kuroi Shiba's lore-related character, but that might not exactly the right choice.
