Here's a public one in the replies, the blacklist seems to range from legitimate issues like scamming and grooming to stuff like fat shaming and "follow baiting." I'm fucking amazed I couldn't find anyone from Phase on the list. What an actual fucking joke.
There's this vtuber called "Proctor Zakharov" that says slurs on stream, he should get added to the blacklist. If not for the slurs then because he's a fucking leprechaun.
