Well a quick search on Linkedin found Anycolor's "Head of Overseas/EN Management Department at ANYCOLOR Inc. in Tokyo." Assuming he is the head honcho of the EN talents, looks like he started 1 yr ago but also still a producer and songwriter over at Universal Music at the same time.. Niji might want to hire someone who's sole focus is to keep the remaining EN livers happy..

Since he hasnt updated his linked.in. either he just got fired recently or they are looking for more part-timers to work alongside him.

Edit: head of overseas talent management and head of overseas branch might be 2 different jobs but I can not find anyone currently doing it. Some other fun search from doing "overseas anycolor" on linked in:
- Tristan Renalt, sales representative - team leader of the oversea sales department, also works as an independent consultant. Yet another important position offered as part-time
- Emily Yoon - There is this girl who put Oversea Business Division as her job, unclear if she is the head or just a member, her portfolio included Human relations, customer services, part time english teachers and whatever the fuck "Subject matter expert" is, another hire with 0 business experience.

Even worse, nepo hires. It is actually very concerning because if they were fucking up, we could assume it was because they didn't care about that one branch or there was some malicious management that will hopefully get purged. If they were diversity hires, we'd assume they'd have half a brain to just keep them in an unimportant position. If they're nepo hires, this means the rot is only going to grow within the company as they will fall upwards. So when, not if, they fold NijiEN into the main branch you're going to see these nepo hires get mixed into the main branch and slowly cause issues there as well.

The one who kept things running, yes. By the looks of it they replaced their diversity hire with a nip, and that's when things went awry.
Hiring a new main guy smells more of closing the branch than trying to fix it. It's how big companies always do so to squeeze the last penny out of a dying corpse before filing for bankruptcy. And besides, why would Riku try to fix it, if he sees no issues whatsoever? He openly admits he isn't planning for a long operation, that their strategy for EN is "minimum cost maximum profit", that members leaving are of no concern, and that he doesn't care about a public image.

- Emily Yoon - There is this girl who put Oversea Business Division as her job, unclear if she is the head or just a member, her portfolio included Human relations, customer services, part time english teachers and whatever the fuck "Subject matter expert" is, another hire with 0 business experience.
- Shagufta Ali - Overseas Vtuber Management Division - credited herself to be the one founding the EN branch, fired on Jul 2023 and hasnt updated her linked.in since. Likely the one who did all the heavy lifting since most business experience.
- Aya Takahashi - International Vtuber project manager - another one creditting herself as "lauching new branches" worked from 2021-2022 - likely fired during the merge. Worked alongside the above pajeet
- Ema Pakutsu - project manager intern, started feb 2023. Picture looks negro

The Shagufta Ali woman could have resigned after the AR concert cancellation, the timeline kinda matches, maybe? It was 4 months after the cancellation news.
Changing the topic a little, would you mind doing the same digging but for HoloEN instead? I'm interested to see who else is working on HoloEN besides Dimitri Jap.
It's also a tactic to just lay blame on the new guy when it finally collapses, so they can conveniently fire him and then their nepo hires get to wipe their hands clean of that mess while they can say they have plenty of experience working in management on their resume.
