Well, there wasn't a singular reason.
The games business is complex and sometimes companies want to go in a different direction to the one the creator wants to go in.
I was very proud of MGSV despite some of the issues that arose between me and Konami. After a series of incidents turned into power struggle which eventually turned into a poop war during Konami's restructuring - CEO Hideki Hayakawa sent his lackeys after us. I've seen things you anons wouldn't believe. Office spaces smeared in shit off the shoulder from mine. Power cut off. Watched Feces being fling in the dark near Yoji Shinkawa's desk. My team downgraded from full time employees into toilet scrubbers. I was locked into a separate room away from my team with no phone line or internet to watch JAVs. Communicating with others via proxy was actually physically crawling through the air ducts...Ultimately my last few months of working at Konami after MGSV release was unforgiving, All those moments will be lost in time, like poop being flush down the toilet. It was time to move on and do something new on my own terms.
Now I am free to work on the games that I want and I am no longer limited by retardedly demented corpo business decisions.

not that hard. my sister used to go to gym every evening for 2 hours. Mori usually goes to gym after ending her daily stream. You need to spend atleast an hour in gym for it to be worthwhile. I don't remember the exact time stamp, but somewhere in the Rachie stream she described her schedule. She actually has free time at night almost every day.
