Seeing the success of the newer waves means I'm probably alone, but I've already been personally finding each new gen slightly less appealing than the previous ones - culminating in not watching a single talent in Justice (bar very occasional Raora streams).

I didn't watch her regularly even when that was an option, and her character isn't my style, but I still respect her for spearheading the industry in the EN sphere as she did. I respect her talent, and I do feel bad for those who were hoping to see her return to regular streaming some day. I have a lot of criticism for the way she's managed the last couple years, and a lot of speculation about "disagreements in direction" particularly when it comes to her, but I won't rehash it now - you all know how it is.

True, I only really watch Biboo on occasion and I've only seen Gigi when she collabs with Calli as I can't really stand Gigi by herself. Also many of the newer girls stream at times when I can't catch them live to begin with and I'm just not a fan of VODs.

As a Phasefag who only cared about Vesper out of everyone else in Cover, I'm kinda ambivalent about the whole thing. It seems like for almost the entirely of my time watching vtubers, she might has well have graduated long ago given that she's barely streamed at all so it doesn't effect me at all. The Chumbuds have my sympathies, though.

"Management issues" is when you have entrenched frontline and local managers having a go. You have to set up a dialogue table and nanny them up, then report back to HR for the appropriate layoffs and promotions.

When you have a Graduation Queue of employees like in hololive English, you are beyond that point. It's not a crisis, because there isn't a thing to resolve. This is the aftermath of bad management over a longer period of time. Just thought I'd point that out.
