All jokes aside, "disagreement with management and company direction" has cost Hololive 3 major EN talents in the past ~6 months - Gura and Fauna even explicitly mentioning that they love streaming and being an idol. If this was happening in literally any other corpo people would be rightfully worried about what's going on behind the scenes. I'm not saying this is the "a"-pocalypse (Gurapocalypse?), but things are getting seriously out of hand and I really think anyone trying to downplay "disagreements with management" as not being a big deal are on some serious copium. The biggest vtuber in the world is leaving a company that was likely making her hundreds of thousands of dollars a year - getting her in baseball stadiums for fucks sake - and that was accepting of her incredibly inconsistent schedule. She could have told us it was burnout, or health issues, or any of the other myriad of reasons people have speculated were behind her frequent absences... but she didn't. She pointed to disagreement with management and company direction (which as others above me have pointed out is probably in large part referring to the insane delays on her orisong). This is not normal, and we shouldn't have to act as if it is just because Hololive is still, by almost all accounts, the "best" corporation in the sphere.
