How much can you get from one of these wrongful termination cases as far as money goes? How much does it cost to file these type of lawsuits?
Honestly its possibly better to just move on and drop a bomb or two to damage their public reputation. There have been echoes of Brave being shit but similar to Nijisanji until people start coming out to publicly shit on them nothing will happen.

In some better managed countries it could be open and shut case by labor board with zero investment and minimal involvment from employee. But in US i guess you'll have to find newbie pro bono lawyer to get anywhere. Gotta be ironclad case with guarantee of legal expense compensation though, so lawyer get to pad his portfolio.

While I agree on the basic premise, I still think characters need to be allowed a character arc. That's usually what makes good entertainment in the long run. Sticks get stale and boring after a while if not used in good measure.

I think vtubing has ended up being a medium for epics in the Aristotelian sense rather than stories with a beginning/middle/end, much like comic books and pro wrestling (or even, say, TV sitcoms). Much as I like character development, the medium only really permits the illusion of change at best, because the characters have to remain themselves and it's important for newcomers to be able to jump into their material out of order.

I think this design is great, but she had the urge to make it sexual under the hood with the transparent swimsuit one piece to show tummy and she's not wearing anything under the jumpsuit.
When it's zipped up it's super cute and the helmet is a huge plus.

I believe she said she had another career lined up as a comedian, and her new character is a clown. Read into that how you will.

If Lani's claims are true then realistically you should doubt the official story of any other Brave talent or staff exits. This new information helps create a detailed picture of how Brave functions; we already know they artificially inflate their channels' numbers with sub-bots, and we now have two allegations (well, one and a half allegations) of them manufacturing reasons to terminate working relationships, which adds context to last month's Globie terminations which likely happened for similar reasons. This is a fundamentally dishonest organisation, who you cannot trust to operate in good faith.
