Twenty dollars bought a lot more fent back then.

The wind replacing all the UI compass and GPS clutter other games have still gets me, it was the first game in a while where I was actually looking around at the game itself instead of staring at a minimap or a glowing trail while I traveled.

Origins. Black flag even though you spent more time being a pirate than an assassin you still did the assassin stuff without all the hack and slash shit that ended up being why they went with two protags for this game. During an interview they talked about wanting to make players commit to one gameplay style when they engaged in something and dual PCs was their solution to that.
I'm not usually one to be pessimistic about my anticipated releases but dammit Ghost of Youtei is going to crush my soul more than any game before if it's been infected with BRIDGE bullshit.
