1. Stop poaching, this shit has become a annoying trend with corpos just getting the same pool of semi ligs while there is people with talent in those ranks that can go 3 digits CCV easy if they got the chance, instead corpos prefer to poach believing they are going to get those CCV that they had as indies, it doesnt work that way, also even hololive understood that keep getting vtubers will just clog the place, thats why you get people like Elizabeth or Bettel
2. Stop trying to copy the Idol playbook, that shit just doesnt fly anymore, Nijisanji with all its faults at least understood that and not even bother to enforce it, granted they dont enforce a lot of things but at least that one was good
3. Stop forcing people to specialize in Idol stuff, a problem that come from Hololive that the rrat that you needed to be at least be capable of sing was a requirement to get in, they had to put a entire disclaimer that is not the case, stop picking idol adjacents (cough flow glow), a yapper will get you more mileage and be more cheaper than a singer
4. Complete background checks of your talents, stop putting in people with talent but are massive bitches behind the scenes (cough Kawaii cough EIEN)
5. Reduce expectations, stop blowing money like maniacs, dont be pixelink, money doesnt buy fame or reputation in this business, talent and engagement does, a talent can have the most fuck awesome model and that will not help her in the long run

For context Cover has not raised funds from investors since 2020 and they only raised around 8.5 Million USD overall (this is what forced them to go public btw).
