That could be a good reason for her to get terminated and it's something that has been the main reason for other Vtubers to get fired (Kawai gen 2) or (in the case of Kawaii gen 3) a whole gen quitting.

Depends; shes had some pretty bad luck when it came to growing, so it's a fair assumption. The money rat is the most plausible given what we know and the fact that Fishman was still willing to try and hash it out. I don't believe the rat about auditioning for other firms is real as if that got found, I imagine it was ground for immediate termination as it would be at any other job. To add a bit more spice, do you think she was offered a different contract in terms of pay compared to Lumi or otheres due to there view differences?

It's a weird thing to be a stickler about, considering the big corpos mostly don't give a shit about that. Or, well, Cover doesn't, plenty of Holo roommates take donos. Niji might? I guess it depends on contract but even in Phase Connect, Pippa's roommate has a bunch of ways to give her money and that's just the first one I looked up. Huh, shit. Isn't just a few weeks before most US universities would have finals? Hell of a time to withdraw.

There's normally a deadline with withdrawing too. If you withdraw before X date you typically don't get failing grades and some sort of partial refund. Withdrawing this close to finals week (for most of the US) typically fails you out of most of your classes and you're probably past any sort of tuition refund.

It wouldn't be too out there to put a clause in the contract to forbid the talents from pulling a rosemi and leaving you high and dry.

Rosemi didn't audition for Nijisanji while she was under Tsunderia. She graduated from Tsunderia because her indie career as Miki was doing better for her. She later auditioned for Niji some time after that.

The only company with precedent for forbidding any kind of outside non talent monetization was WACTOR and they stright up doxed the people who did that when they terminated them iirc

Fishman finds out she's taking money on the side, yuri argues the current cut isn't good for her, fishman doesn't budge on the cut, so they decide to split up. Renegotiation is always a risk for both parties but in this business I can see how radioactive revenue split that comes from streaming can be, if you're starting to give better deals based on individual numbers you're gonna have a catfight in your hands one day or numberfagging to the extreme, I'd love to see how they manage that to be honest.

Well does anyone know Yuri's PL or ALT? I don't, so I would think she would have to be reveling information as Yuri to get much of anything if her ALT isn't well known.
I don't know anything about this particular Rrat though. All I know is somebody did something that made other PC members concerned about their privacy, but I don't know what or if it was even Yuri, but I'd guess it is. I'm not willing to back it up though, so consider it just a Rrat.

We obviously are discussing a baseless rrat but from my understanding its doesnt sound like she was taking donation outside Phase, but instead getting donation as Yuri as just not reporting them nor giving their cut to PC, my completely made up rrat of how it went down, assuming there any truth to this, is that after the PC funds donation PC asked for their cut, Yuri gave it to them and fish realized it was obviously to little, so he asked for receipts from Yuri she gives them and Fish realized she has been lying to them, then he either told her to pay up what she owns or leave and Yuri either didn't want or couldn't pay so she gets terminated.

(Again I repeat this a baseless speculation based on more baseless speculation)

The rrat implies she was bypassing Phase's cut -as- Yuri, which is a different situation to running a freelance business entirely disconnected to the company.

It's just a random post with no evidence so we can't make any serious judgement on it, the only reason I'm humouring it at all is because I started digging around expecting to find "she's pregnant with DancingCharmander's child" or some shit and instead found something that actually sounds normal.

Well, this fucking sucks. I'm guessing it's money related, since it's worth firing her over so soon after the model/PC thing, but also something they tried to negotiate over - maybe to the very end considering what Fishman said on discord? "Discovered, investigated, and confirmed" makes me think she was doing something to bypass Fishman getting his cut, was caught, and earlier instances were discovered.

I agree all of this is baseless speculation, I just float this idea because this isn't a zaion or rushia type of graduation, it just seems like there was something she wasn't happy with, fishman tried to resolve it but none of them would see eye to eye and called it quits. She doesn't get a farewell stream, she gets a farewell video, there's still seems to be good faith from fishman to allow something like that, dude even gyari killed tomoe without a goodbye and he's pretty chill.

Man this was surprising but I guess the signs were there with all the weird stuff going on with her accounts the past few days. It definitely sucks, I wasn't the biggest Yuri fan but her streams were entertaining whenever I caught them. It will be interesting to see if any more information comes out though.
