Phase Connect already had a tiger girl before Ember joined. They probably didn't want them to be too similar. It is a shame, though.

It's also a shame that Hololive didn't make Niko an actual tiger girl instead of just vaguely tiger-themed.

Oh, yes. She's my favorite of her gen. She's wonderful just the way she is, but I wouldn't mind if they gave her tiger ears and a tail.
