Currently downloading the Oblivion deluxe edition because I am literally cattle when it comes to Elder Scrolls.

Keep me posted on how it runs, bugs, and shit when you're a few hours in. At that price point it costs me nothing but wondering if I should wait. I could really use some Bethesdaslop to kill the time.

Horrifying revelations for you, friends. The Oblivion remaster is actually just modded Oblivion wrapped in Unreal Engine 5. It's actually a fucking turducken of game engines. Plus it has always-on raytracing.

In other fun news, the sales analysis systems are converging on at least 4 million sales for Schedule 1. It'll probably slowly settle into the downward total player count over the next 6 months to probably the 30-50k range, but it's probably going to sell 10 million copies by that point. While I do expect AC Shadows to have a lifetime higher total "sales" count because it's going to have that long, long, long term 5-15 USD Steam Sales numbers because the controversy will fade, it's never making Ubisoft a profit. Mostly because it's bad even at the thing AC is supposed to do: kill time as a grindfest. That's actually the lesson Ubisoft took from The Witcher 3, sadly.
