God yes, I've gone into my high school's teacher's lounge occasionally and it's just a cloud of smoke. I would pity today's teachers who probably aren't allowed to do that anymore, but then again, we have crap teachers these days, so many of them deserve it.

On one hand, I agree, they should be held responsible for this! You can only go "punch a nazi" for so many years, you can't exactly walk it back when unhinged individuals start listening!

On the other hand, this is still a delicate balance between retribution vs optics. I'm not Kirsche, so I don't know how far she's comfortable going scorched earth against those who have constantly been against her these past several years, but I am more than willing to give her all sorts of good ideas if she really wants to!
