At this point i'm seriously wondering if her reservations aren't mostly self-inflicted without management's prompting.

It sounds like Sakana & management are pretty hands off when it comes to content aside from squashing ideas that fly too close to the sun. Pippa hasn't been reticent about mentioning why she has nerfed her content, so if they are actually listening, then I don't know why they wouldn't have already had a talk with her about how she can get some breathing room if they knew it was bothering her & effecting her stream performance.

As some have been saying, she might be power levelling to protect her coworkers, which is fair enough because she can be a very caring person too people she likes/respects, but if its not making her happy then I don't know if it is going to be sustainable for her mentally.
