Gonna have to call Lumi a tard for this one. I agree with her point but she's arguing about Secret Level, a series being created by Blur studios, the guys that got really famous for making video game trailers and the 3D animation for shit like the Sonic movies and Love, Death, & Robots. The only reason why it looks like Arcane is because they're trying to convert the cartoonish style of Spelunky into a 3D animation using stylized cel shading. 3D animation is their entire business, not 2D animation. The only 2D animation that I know they've worked on is this sequence from the South Park movie, which is mainly 3D and the 2D bits are low quality South Park animation. These guys and Blizzard are always touted as the two best in the industry at 3D animation. But of course, throw that all away and do 2D animation.
